Taylor wins in Edison!

Taylor was HOT this weekend, we passed this sign every day, hoping it was an omen of good things to come & it was!

First winning Best of Breed at the Big Apple Sporting Society show, Taylor went on to win the Breed at both the New Brunswick KC show & the Bronx Co. KC show. The fourth day he took Select award. The entries were large with some nice Vizslas challenging!

Tayor earns his Grand Champion BRONZE!!

west of the Hudson river and just north of New York City lies the small town of Suffern, in Rockland County. Here the winter winds and snow flurries brought luck to Avatar Vizslas! The first day Taylor and Carissa won Best of Breed , and the next day took a Select Award .

Hoedown at Howard County!

Heading down to Maryland, Jackie & Taylor made time for a visit with an old friend & enjoyed the warm weather & sunshine. On to the Maryland Kennel Club show at the Howard County Fairgrounds on Sunday, Taylor got to run & roll in the hills filled with tall grasses & smell the country air. After that he & Carissa took on the large entry of very nice specials, winning Best of Breed! It was a great way to finish up the weekend. Taylor had another romp on the hillside & then a long nap all the way home…

A Vizsla Specialty Award of Merit!

Taylor wins an Award of Merit at the VCLI Vizsla Specialty. Sharing in the ribbons was his mom Indie (Dillon /Billie), who won the Veteran Bitch class, then went on to win an Award of Merit!

the beach at Wildwood…

Despite the cold winds the beach remained a jumbo playground for Taylor & his Vizsla friends during the Boardwalk KC circuit. Every day after showing, we spent hours on the beach chasing frisbee, balls, sticks & rolling in the sand, Taylor even went in the ocean the first (& only day) when the air temperature hit 60′. Staying at the Days Inn Suites across the street was convenient, especially with a ocean view & balcony, we made ourselves at home. Taylor met lots of very nice people, made some new friends, & won 2 select award s & a Best of Breed the last day of the circuit, beating some serious competitors on Super Bowl Sunday!!
